Registration method:

To register please fill in our google web form!
No email registration shall be accepted.

Registration shall be done as a single persons. For couples: both of you have to fill the registration form individually and specify the other person's name in the "Your partner's name" field. We will reply to each registration's request as soon as possible, but please note that the reply may take a few days after submitting your request.

We do not use the "first come, first serve" principle in the selection of acceptance. We will balance the spots among different countries and cities, dancing roles, couples and singles, gender type. 

In case of acceptance we are going to send you a confirmation letter with all the necessary information regarding the payment. The payment has to be made within 10 days to complete your registration.Please note that your participation is not confirmed until you've received our final confirmation e-mail after we have received your complete payment. For couples payment should be made as a single transaction; ecxeptions can only be made with our explicit prior approval. Please note that if you register as a couple, you will only be declared "in" when both payments are received.

 

Cancellation policy: No refund, sorry!In case of emergencies, a refund can be asked for via email to registration@danubetango.hu.We will offer your spot to someone from the waiting list and in case we find another person from our list, you will get the payment from this person. Please note, your confirmation to participate is strictly personal and therefore can not be transferred to another person without organiser's authorization!
