Bakelit Multi Art Center is a cultural institute in the industrial area of a former spinner factory (Hazai Fésűsfonó és Szövőgyár). The factory operated from the early 1920s, and at some point it employed thousands of Cuban women who were invited here via socialist exchange programs.
It seems they imparted a unique rhythm to the buildings which persists to these days....
The milongas are going to take place in this super cool location with great wooden floor, professional acoustic system and unique spirit...
