Registration starts on the 15th of September at 14:00 C.E.T. both for foreigners and Hungarians.

 

Marathon price:

The price below covers 4 days of dancing, 36 hours of milonga, FOOD (breakfast, brunch, dinner, fruits, water and snacks during the milongas.

 

 

PRICE: 87 EURO per person

 

The marathon is a private event reserved to accepted people ONLY.
There are no daily tickets available.

 

 

 

 

 

Accommodation options:

 

- Hostel rooms in BAKELIT /the marathon location/ - 10 euro/person/night

Dormitory rooms for 8-12 people, every room has separated bathroom.

 

 

- Hotel rooms in Canada Hotel Budapest - 14 euro/person/night

3 star hotel, in double or triple rooms, near to Bakelit(2 bus station or few minutes walk).

A friendly marathon taxi service will be available between the hotel and the marathon location (1 euro/person/trip).

 

 

 

 

Registration method:

To register please fill our google web form linked to HERE. The form will be online from the 15th of September 2014, 14:00 hrs.
No email registration shall be accepted.

Registration shall be done as single persons. For couples: both of you have to fill the registration form individualy and specify the other person name in the "Your partner's name" field.
We will reply to each registration request as soon as possible, but please note that the reply may take a few days after submitting your request.

We do not use the "first come, first serv" principle in the selection of acceptance. We will balance the spots among different countries and cities, dancing roles, couples and singles, gender type. 
 

In case of acceptance we are going to send you a confirmation letter with all the necessary information regarding the payment. The payment has to be made within 10 days to complete your registration. Please note that your participation is not confirmed until you recieve our final confirmation e-mail after we have recceived your complete payment. For couples payment should be made as a single transaction; exeptions can only be made with our explicit prior approval. Please note that if you registered in couple, you will only be finally declared "in" when both payments are recieved.

 

Cancellation policy: No refund, sorry!
In case of emergencies, a refund can be submitted via email to registration@danubetango.hu.
We will offer your spot to someone from the waiting list and in case we'll find another person from our list, you will get the payment from this person. Please note, your confirmation to participate is strictly personal and therefore can not be transferred to another person without organisers' authorization!
